1. Controller

The operator of the meLot fun website available at melot.fun is a natural/legal person based in the Slovak Republic (the “controller”).

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data necessary to operate the service:

• Email address — when registering an account or subscribing to the newsletter.
• Parent's name or nickname — if you enter it when registering or in your account; only you can see it.
• Children's profiles — name (a first name or nickname is enough), chosen character and game progress (puzzles solved, best time, date played). We do not ask for a child's surname, age or photo. Only the parent who created the profiles can see them, and deleting the account deletes them too.
• Technical logs — IP address, browser type and visited pages. These are used only for diagnostics and security.

3. Purpose of processing

We process your data only for these purposes:

• Operation and security of the website
• User account management
• Newsletter delivery (only with consent)
• Improving website content and functionality

4. Legal basis

Data processing is carried out in accordance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679 based on:

• Performance of a contract (account, access to services)
• Legitimate interest (security, technical logs)
• Consent (newsletter, analytics cookies)

5. Data sharing
